Accelerated Master’s Degree Programs

Qualified UMass Boston undergraduates can earn both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in either public administration or global comparative public administration in less time and for less money.

Our award-winning, first-in-the-nation, applied program prepares women to serve at all levels of government, take on leadership roles in nonprofit organizations, hold elected office, or pursue advanced degrees, most frequently in law and public policy.

This award-winning, in-class or online program provides a global perspective to the study of public administration and prepares students to lead and manage state, national, and international organizations, both in the public and nonprofit/NGO sectors.

Public Administration, MPA

Gain skills in budgeting and finance, economics, ethics, organizational behavior, politics, and statistics to effectively manage public programs. Graduates go on to become leaders in government, public agencies, and nonprofit organizations.
